I would not say that MGA is directly responsible, but the site was licensed in Malta, you can see that on the review page.

As far as I remember ADRA should work for every European Union citizen but excludes its services outside this territory.

I sent emails to those addresses too. I dont expect to get an answer though. If you two could ask them why their facebook and twitter went silent in early december at the same time if this so called "platform changing" should affect only the website itself. But guys if you want to participate in step two I will ask you for your name and residence country so I can refer to class action at MGA so that maybe they will have greater urge to solve this issue.

I would say it is best for us at least wait until MGA/Madre/Your contacts everymatrix etc gives more information.
