This is casino Maneki, there is nowhere to ask for a withdrawal, their chat line is not working, i am in contact with them for a month now, i even contacted trustpilot and nothing is done. After a month of emails they asked me to play three times the deposit, i did but still no resolution. There is no way to know anything. It is very frustating

Hello, and thanks for the update.
I'm quite surprised, to be honest. The casino possesses a high safety index, which seems ok. But what I found in your complaint, well - that's weird at best.
I certainly hope the complaint will provide some clues soon, meaning the casino will step in and explain the whole matter.

I suggest you check the complaint thread - just do so here. 2 days ago, the casino wrote:
"We are sorry that you weren't able to get your winnings.
To answer your concern, we would like to inform you that your account isn't to verified yet.
Although all documents are accepted and approved, as we can see, the account is not confirmed.
Once you're signed up, you should have got a confirmation email to which you should click a "confirm" button."
Check it out and try it, please. I'll wait for your update. 🤞🤞🤞

So, the confirmation was the only obstacle?
