When I questioned this, agent Pulse stated, "we have no issues with people using vpns for privacy reasons," revealing that the operator uses their lenient VPN policy to entirely bypass industry-standard geolocation security monitoring. 

Furthermore, when I asked for basic transparency regarding the device logs or IP addresses used to unauthorizedly clear my account, agent Michael flatly refused to cooperate, stating they had given all the information they could. If I understood correctly, you said you use the same username and password for all your casino accounts.
