Hi, I have been really struggling with this casino for over 6 months now. I have had a payout about 7 months ago and since I had won £1800 in total.

I submitted the first withdrawal request on the around May time, they cancelled it due to technical error and then I submitted again, it got again cancelled due to another reason.

It's now been 6 months and I am still not getting my money back. Everytiime I try to speak to the Live Chat, they would close the live chat immediately after saying they need to go through security checks.

It is the worst nightmare for me honestly. I repeatedly email them but all I am getting is the same answer. I am genuinely depressed about this situation.

Hi, I know that this is something that players should definitely not do, but it is good to control yourself a bit and keep some dignity.

Radka explained that this casino is absolutely not suitable for trying some games and I hope all players can see that if they go through the whole thread.

It is official, or as close to official as it can get. I have researched this casino in full and although it is common knowledge that this casino does not have a proper license, what really makes me laugh is that they have the nerve to claim the license was issued in Chrysoupoli in Cyprus. There is a big problem there; there is no village, town or city called Chrysoupoli in Cyprus. There is nothing that sounds the same, or is even remotely spelt similar. I have been trying to withdraw £87, but I am sure they will not pay and they are even refusing to answer any emails and all you get from chatbot/customer services are copy and pasted answers which are the same every time.

This casino is a scam and it is my mission to get this closed down. As for the twenty-one days to get your money paid out, if I had seen that, I would never have deposited. Stay clear and do not put money into this casino, because if you do happen to be a winner, you will never get it. As for the address in Costa Rica, Del Sauzal 9788 75000 Merca Costa Rica, that too appears not to exist. So where are we going? Fraud? Theft? Terrorism? Money laundering? What an experience. Still, I have a huge shock in store for them. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS SITE!

Hello, I think our review says it all and they are probably lying to you about the license because they don't have one. But I don't have to tell you that because you found it out yourself and I doubt very much that if someone wins money here they will get it in their account. Obviously, I would avoid such casinos and always check beforehand some information about where I am going to play in order not to lose my deposit in advance.

That their relevant department has been contacted and theyl be in contact soon then cut you out of chat but that's all I'm fobbed of with up on till the 21 days it was under clearance now after the 21 days it's with them
