Well, I'll be honest - I would say the issue is more likely caused by the payment provider, sadly it usually means that finding a solution is quite time-costly process. The casino should do everything to speed it up, though I would also guess that during the weekend the possibilities are pretty tight.
Not much you can do at the moment, so I truly hope the situation will be solved soon. If not, I can only advise another complaint. 🙁
