What are you trying to proof?
Well, especially what happened to you in the casino, under what circumstances and so on. All the questions that are directed at you are to prove whether the casino was at fault or maybe you overlooked something. Once we know how it is and we think you are right and we have enough evidence, then we can contact the casino. Without that, we can't go empty-handed.

What I meant was that we collect everything relevant and you get questions from us so that we can contact the casino.
