So I play on casino rewards casinos and they have closed 2 of my account one on grand mondial and one on yukongold casino and I only had one of each but I made them with 2 diffrent emails and there is nothing that says you can't do that as far as iv seen iv emailed risk management and they have not responded to why my account was closed it was closed right after making a 1500$ withdrawal after completing a wager from bonus cash points. So any idea to why they would have done this because they do state you can have an account with each casino they own but nothing says you can't use a different email on each. I think there going to try and claim multiple accounts but I only have one yukongold and one grand mondial so why call out multiple accounts.

I read your post twice and I think that all should be ok.

So, If I'm not mistaken the account under which you submitted the withdrawal is now under review. Not sure what happened with the second one though.

I think that we should wait for some conclusions from the casino's side. At the moment, we can only guess.

Did you use the same credentials, aside from the different email addresses for both accounts, please?

If you now try to log into your second account, the one without active withdrawal, can you see any note or error, please?

I used same credentials everything except email. And the error message is the same at both casinos and it says the photo with the brown register button is the casino with the withdrawal (yukon gold) and the one with the yellow register button is the one with no withdrawal (grand mondial)

Ok, normally we allow casino 14 full days to process verification and the payout, may I know whether both your accounts has been fully verified yet? I guess that Grand Mondial account has not, right?

Since when is your Youkon Gold acount blocked, please?

Neither have been verified. And they never asked

No I just said that because you asked if I had been verified. They never have asked me to verify but I'm happy too. Just a statement

I don't think there's an issue with using 2 different email addresses in 2 different casinos. I can see you already submitted the complaint. It's really difficult to guess what's going on when the casino doesn't communicate with you. Let's hope they'll talk to us.

I know I'm well old enough to gamble lol so I don't think it could be that or they just would have asked for verification
