Maybe filters do not list the casinos with german license because, for example, Mr. Green operates under the MGA and casinos with said license can operate on the vast majority of jurisdictions and maybe that's why you don't find them while filtering casinos under german license (not sure), casinos available for your jurisdiction is a better way to filter. I found both Mr. Green and Wunderino listed while filtering casinos operating with a german license
