Unfortunately, this will probably be very difficult to resolve. If you cannot reach a real support agent, are unable to complete verification and therefore cannot withdraw your money, your options are already quite limited. The fact that the casino has also been unresponsive to our team makes me doubtful that the situation can be resolved through normal communication.
I would like to suggest another solution, but there are not many options left. One thing you could still do is contact the payment provider you used for the deposit and ask whether there is any legitimate way to recover the funds. I would first explain the entire situation and ask what options are available before initiating anything.
