For now, we're just gathering information about this casino. They have about 5 open complaints, so we'll see. I believe that if someone has managed to withdraw, they’ll let you know. In any case, if you’re verified and you’ve requested a withdrawal again—since you were supposed to withdraw using the same method you used to deposit—we just have to wait.
