I've made two deposits at Captain Jack Casino which is blacklisted sadly I did not do any due diligence before deposits via bitcoin .

I am not sure if I should file a complaint yet but this casino is truly messed up as far as customer service and the way they handle things.

They also promote 90% of bitcoin withdrawal are done instantly which I can tell you is a blatant lie. If a casino can take a instant deposit they can make an instant payout. Most reputable online casinos payout within minutes .

I've sent documents in twice I've been verified according to them but my withdrawal request is still sitting after 4 days . This is unacceptable in 2023 especially with crypto.

I have been courteous and polite with customer service and still nobody can give me a time frame . Most just say resend documents or you will have the money within 48 hours. All Slow pay tactics .

I would like to happily report that after about 10 hours of speaking with as many as 8 different chat agents I finally was given the opportunity to speak with a Customer Service supervisor who expedited my withdrawal and the funds have just hit my wallet.

I would also caution anybody who deposits here that it is on the blacklist and it was an extremely difficult process to get paid out.

I will not be depositing at Captain Jack even though they did pay me. The reason is a matter of the wait time to get paid and the fact they openly advertise 90% of crypto withdrawal are done instantly it was the obvious slow pay and the same inept questions about documents that they had approved twice. The lack if communication between staff and basically all the excuses I heard for 5 days until I finally got to a manager . Also take note. The manager charged me $43.70 as a managers fee whatever the heck that is. 😒. The company has games I love to play mainly Cash Bandits 3 . I think that is probably the most logical thing to do in this case, since the casino has given you the reason that no payment information is available. Have you tried asking what exactly is the missing payment information? I'm not sure where the problem might be, since you mentioned that you have to enter all this information when you make a withdrawal.

I also have a question, did you play with the bonus when you wrote that $10 is yours and you want to withdraw $110 ?

Hello again, so I was withdrawing with Bitcoin so when I first submitted my withdrawal I entered my Bitcoin into the space for where you want your payment to go and then waited 21 days on the 21st day I spoke to customer service they said that it was canceled because my Bitcoin address was my payment address was missing thanks okay so I give her she asked me for the Bitcoin address I give it to her through chat and she advises me to submit another withdrawal through coin draw so I do that after I'm done with that the next day I go back on to see what's going on with it and they had canceled it 5 minutes later so I submit another withdrawal just through Bitcoin straight enter my Bitcoin address it has now been six more days and still nothing. I played with a no deposit bonus completed wagering requirements and then had to deposit $10 in order to qualify for withdrawal after verifying my identity. Hm, that looks strange. So when the chat advised you to make a withdrawal via coin draw and you say it was cancelled after 5 minutes, did you ask why it was rejected ? I'm just trying to understand what the problem might have been. 

I also see that you wrote that you are verified, so I am not really sure what the possible issue could be. 

However, in this case, the best solution is probably to file a complaint as I mentioned since we don't have more information.

This is typical for them especially with a no deposit bonus . The canceling of the withdrawal I went through as well. These are just stall tactics. This online casino is notorious for SLOW pay and it is for one reason only. They figure the longer the money sits in the account its more likely you will either give up or gamble it away. My suggestion from my horrific experience is continually ask for manager. Took me 7 days for a manager to finally speak with me and I had my money in 15 minutes . Yet I went through all this same nonsense. You will get paid if you just keep on it . Probably not worth it though. 😕
