I was given 50 pound "real cash", via email promo code from bullspins. I have spun this up to just over 700 pound using slot games only as stated via live chat. Not sure where I stand on this really. does seem too good to be true.

Says money is withdrawable. Verified ID via passport and bank statement. Cashout request for £500 via crypto.

Says 3-15 days untill payment.

Been 3 days now, so I wait and see.


Anyone else had this "real cash" rather than bonus money. Please share and discuss.

Hi, I think that if you have fulfilled all the conditions and have not violated any of the bonus terms, then you have nothing to worry about. 

I would wait and see when your withdrawal arrives, or rather what happens, and then act accordingly. 

It looks like you've been quite successful, which makes me happy, so congratulations.

In any case, I looked at the casino's safety index and some warnings, so that's the only thing that tells me that something might happen. But let's try to hold out first and not jump to conclusions.

Theres a Term that says something like.... ALL REAL MONEY ISSUED BEFORE A DEPOSIT IS MADE IS NON WITHDRAWABLE.

Absolute joke of a casino. Made a withdrawal 3 weeks ago. Checked with customer support that my account had been fully verified which they said it was. Then i got an email saying i needed to send another 15 different things to "verify" my account and then once they have all been accepted wait another 3 weeks. No doubt they will think of 30 things i need too send to verify my account. I get casinos need to validate and stuff but this is crazy.

That has been a really long wait, for sure.

Thanks but im not prepared to send them anymore information to verfiy my account as the information i have already sent them is enough. No other site has asked for so much detailed informarion. I doubt they would pay out even if i sent them the documentation they are asking for. But thank you.

Maybe its not excesive to ask for the following. But they have already had photos of depositing cards, proof of address, photo of driving license. Which they said verifed my account. They are now asking for the below. I have played on numerous other sites and have never been asked for all this. Anyway they returened my withdrawal request. Which i promplty spent. So i dont need to bother now.

1. Photo of Bank Card: A photo of the bank card used for the deposit, with a selfie showing the card.

2. Photo with Passport (or ID): A photo of you holding your passport (or ID card) near your face, ensuring all data is clearly visible.

3. Passport (or ID): A clear photo of your passport (or ID card) with personal details visible, along with another personal document of your choice (such as tax certificate, insurance certificate, driver’s license, birth certificate, etc.).

4. Source of Wealth: Payslips or documents showing the origin of the deposited funds, such as a letter from your employer or business.

5. Gaming Account ID: The ID from your gaming account, usually found in the upper right corner under the "Personal Account" button.

6. Utility Bill: A recent utility bill (electricity, gas, etc.) with your name and address, issued within the last 30 days.

7. Bank Statement: A recent bank statement with your name and address, issued within the last 30 days.

8. Proof of Address: A document verifying your current residential address (e.g., lease agreement, government letter, or a recent bank statement).

These are fairly standard documents. I would give them about two weeks, since that’s the time we usually give casinos. If nothing happens and you’re still interested, be sure to come back and file a complaint.

The important thing is that they canceled your withdrawal mainly because you haven’t been verified. Once that’s done, getting paid shouldn’t be a problem.
