Your first withdrawal will take 15 business days. If you try to withdrawl over 1000 bux they will take forever to process. They want you to keep playing. When you bring your withdrawal to about 800 they quick to process. VIP support doesn't exist. I have not received a reply from my vip manager Stella for over 5 weeks. Initially before VIP you will get support every week and bonuses. I'm at velvet VIP level I get zero support and bonuses even if I deposit 1000s. They just want your money nothing else. Online casinos are becoming a joke and they are desperate to take your money quick with false promises. No support to withdraw and no support for bonuses.

i Have send so many complaints. I have spend over 3000$, I have requested that account lock so many time and deposits limits. I has that same issue with Moonwin.
