Lol, this casino is a joke. I sent my KYC documents to them last Thursday almost a week ago and no one has yet bothered to take a look at them. They themselves state that KYC "can take up to 3 business days. It's been longer than that now and they stopped answering my emails completely.
KYC in 2025 should take a few hours max, not days or weeks. Fucking amateurs.

Perhaps try to check also the spam folder in your email, as sometimes these kinds of emails can end up there, actually.

I would like to file a complaint against Blaze Spins. I have seen several people complaining about KYC (Know Your Customer) and many unpaid pending payments. My account has been awaiting verification for more than 3 days and I am still waiting with a balance of $594 to withdraw.

Hi, if you've been waiting for three weeks, I would also recommend filing a complaint because that's quite a long time. Did the casino tell you why it's taking so long? Have any documents been accepted or not?
