Lol, this casino is a joke. I sent my KYC documents to them last Thursday almost a week ago and no one has yet bothered to take a look at them. They themselves state that KYC "can take up to 3 business days. It's been longer than that now and they stopped answering my emails completely.
KYC in 2025 should take a few hours max, not days or weeks. Fucking amateurs.

Perhaps try to check also the spam folder in your email, as sometimes these kinds of emails can end up there, actually.

Hi, if you've been waiting for three weeks, I would also recommend filing a complaint because that's quite a long time. Did the casino tell you why it's taking so long? Have any documents been accepted or not?

Συμφωνώ μαζί τους, το καζίνο είναι απάτη, με κράτησαν σε αγωνία και με την επαλήθευση... έχασα πολλά χρήματα!! Δεν καταλαβαίνω τους παρόχους, τα παιχνίδια είναι απίστευτα κακά, μετά την επαλήθευση και μια μικρή ανάληψη είναι απλώς νεκρές περιστροφές, δεν υπάρχουν λειτουργίες. Τα παιχνίδια καταρρέουν και πρέπει συνεχώς να τα φορτώνεις ξανά. Η υποστήριξη είναι άχρηστη και αν παραπονιέσαι, μπλοκάρεσαι. Τα μηνύματα σφάλματος αγνοούνται.
