Hi!
Please follow my response I made earlier.
"it appears the casino won't specify much detail, so it is, in my opinion, no longer a question of current Terms and Conditions but rather an issue of a judgement.
Usualy, when casinos or sportsbooks detect something labeled as "abnormal activity," they also do not share anything else and, in many cases, just void the winnings and close the accounts.
It is really hard to guess whether the casino's decision was correct without further investigation and, more importantly, without the casino's direct explanation. It is not that uncommon that such a player has not the slightest idea of what might go wrong during his time in the casino. Casinos, on the other hand, won't explain to prevent others from taking advantage of this knowledge.
Sounds awful, doesn't it?
