I deposited 150€ on Biton.Bet through Skrill, and now the only available withdrawal methods are PerfectMoney and 37 Cryptocurrencies.

I won 1200€ after rolling out the bonus and, once I try to withdraw this amount, they refer to it as if I need to withdraw using same method as the one used for deposit (Skrill), even if it's not available.

After few discussions on Live Chat, one assistance told me to deposit a minimum amount of cash using PerfectMoney and roll that amount 1 time. I deposited 5€ and bet 5€.

Now, when trying to withdraw the 1200€, they referred to as if I can only withdraw using PerfectMoney the same amount which I deposited with this method (5€).

To conclude, they basically offer 50 deposit methods, but only have 38 withdraw methods (37 are cryptos), and they do not allow you to withdraw money if you deposited through one method which is not available on withdraw.

How can I resolve this? I tried reaching out the chat multiple times, I tried discussing via email, their feedback is "wait until your withdraw method is available".

Well, usually the same payment method is used for deposits and withdrawals in online casinos, but in your case, if it is not available, they really should offer some other alternative.

May I ask if there is anything written in the terms regarding the maximum withdrawal when using PerfectMoney? I do not get why you shouldn't be able to withdraw more money, you know.🤷‍♀️

In terms and conditions, they state that the deposit and withdrawal method used should be the same, in proportion. The problem here is they offer 50 deposit methods and 38 withdrawal methods (out of which 37 cryptos), then if you deposit using bank transfer, credit card, skrill, Multibanco etc, you can't withdrawal any money, as these are not available.

Is this poorly written or does it mean that If you do a 100% up to C$500 bonus, you can only get $500 bonus max as thats the initial bonus? This wouild render the bonus to have a x1 bonus win cap while guru states its unlimited

The alternative would be that it is poorly written and the intended meaning is that at the point of bonus conversion, the amount converted cannot exceed the amount of bonus at the time (current rather than initial which is the beginning balance).

There are 10+ casino sites that use the exact same turnkey UX solution and as a result all have the same terms including this one so I've had to avoid them as they seem to be 1x caps but on guru it says otherwise so i wanted to double check.

thank you a bunch of these sites have very good reviews and i cant imagine thats happening if bonuses are being limited to 1x redemption so the information you guys have is probably right its just a very poorly written term, i should probably try live chat as well but sometimes thats useless as they are just reading from a site encyclopedia and dont actually know anything

afaik the terms have always been like this its just the interpretation im struggling with since it SEEMS like it isn't 1x cap but the term definitely read that way.

It reminded me of several occasions we encountered such poorly written bonus terms that even a casino representative could not explain how they intended to use them. I remember days this was quite typical for specific players' complaints.

Back to this rule:

I'd say this is poorly written + poorly translated (probably auto-translated)

If I had to guess the meaning, I'd say it means a bonus amount lower than a minimum bet would be confiscated to prevent the bonus from remaining technically active after the withdrawal has been made. I would expect it has nothing to do with caps, despite the previous sentence...

But, honestly, I will gladly wait for the Data Team to give us their opinion too. 😀

Aye the latter section is crystal clear but the former is a mess. I also thought it was potentially translated given the lack of sense it made.

Upon checking complaints for a few of the casinos I have noticed this term actually being enforced, might not be at all casinos that i have seen with this term but definitely megapari and 22bet atleast.

interestingly the bonus page still shows unlimited whilst in the megapari case the case is ruled in the favour of the casino due to the 1x term being present and correctly applied
