Είμαι από τη Χιλή και ολοκλήρωσα το rollover του μπόνους καλωσορίσματος. Με αυτό το υπόλοιπο κατάφερα να βγάλω ένα καλό ποσό χρημάτων σε κρυπτονομίσματα TRY... αλλά η αλήθεια είναι ότι δεν μπορώ να βρω τον τρόπο να κάνω ανάληψη του υπολοίπου μου στο Binance... όταν επικοινωνώ με την υποστήριξη, δεν μου δίνουν καμία πληροφορία, απλώς μου λένε να περιμένω... οποιαδήποτε βοήθεια είναι ευπρόσδεκτη.

Hi, I wanted to say that support should be able to help you with this. It occurs to me that if you don't see it there as a withdrawal method, then maybe the casino doesn't have it. Or maybe they are working on some technical flaws and that's why it's not there, but they should clarify that.

Did you try to ask them specifically if the method will be there? Did you try to ask if you could choose another method?

Όσον αφορά τη βοήθεια με τη μέθοδο, δεν την λαμβάνω. Μου είπαν ότι η συγκεκριμένη μέθοδος για την περίπτωσή μου δεν είναι ακόμα διαθέσιμη, αλλά ότι θα είναι σύντομα, αλλά έχει περάσει πάνω από ένας μήνας... Δεν ξέρω αν η μέθοδος θα είναι ποτέ διαθέσιμη...

Does that mean that no other one can be selected? 

If it takes that long, I would definitely lodge a complaint and we will try to help somehow. A month is too long for the casino to communicate with you about withdrawing and sending you money.

Guys! What happened to you? I am waiting fro 1 week just to get 1 sentence reply from a guy who has not even read my email and my complaint. You have not much opened complaint. You caqn hire me, i can work 3times faster than whole your team.

You actually need to mind the timer on your complaint, you know.

I know that there is a timer i need to wait. But at least i want my complaint to be read by you and ask proper question. But what i see now, that specialist have not even carefully read my complaint

This casino doesn't pay out anymore. I don't recommend it to anyone.

They say the account is undergoing some kind of verification and don't say when it will be completed. This has been going on for a month!

Everything was fine, I was losing money, winning a little, they kept withdrawing until I was in the red, but as soon as I started winning they stopped withdrawing

My account has been verified for a long time. I played a little at the casino and bet on sports. Everything was fine for two months, but as soon as I won money, they started talking about some kind of investigation.

For the first week, they talked about the finance department and how they needed to review my withdrawal request.

A week later, they said something about some technical team, and I'm waiting for a response from them.

Two weeks later, they started saying they were reviewing my bets.

I think they're just making up an excuse not to pay!

Support says there's been no response from the team, and there's no deadline for a review either!

Yes, of course, I have ideas. I started winning. I can't find any other explanation, since there's been no official response for a month as to why my withdrawal is being delayed.

A month is quite a long time. And at any other decent casino, the issue would have been resolved by now. But they simply ignore me and keep repeating the same thing: there's no response from the technical team.
