I requested my withdrawal on October 27, and the 3-business-day processing timeframe expired on October 30. I still haven’t received my money. BetWest initially assured me that everything was fine with my withdrawal, but later admitted there was an unexpected delay. However, they have not provided any specific explanation or reason for this delay. They simply keep saying that their financial department is working on it. Very disappointing experience.

I understand the frustration, especially when the casino itself gives a 3-business-day timeframe and then doesn’t explain clearly why that timeframe was missed.

For now, though, I would still give the withdrawal a bit more time. We generally allow casinos around 14 days to process withdrawals before we recommend escalating the case, unless there is another serious issue involved.

The fact that support has acknowledged the delay is at least better than having no response at all, although I agree that "the financial department is working on it" is quite vague.

I’d keep the withdrawal active and avoid cancelling it. If it is still unpaid as you get closer to the 14-day mark, then it would make sense to submit a complaint with us so the case can be reviewed properly.
