Hello!


After a big win ~7 weeks ago Betwarts delayed my withdrawal, chat always told me i need to wait, all good.

They started a KYC process ~1 month ago, i sent them all the documents, still no answer/update.


I even gave them more time because of xmas/new year, but the first cashout is started in November 2025 and i have no other choice but asking here for help - at CasinoGuru.

thank you, it happend like this:


  • Started a new account at betwarts ~4 months ago. As i already have other accounts from this casino group my betwarts account said "verified" (all good)
  • i won a big amount in November 2025, then the hazzle started: Chat told me i need to wait for withdrawal, bla bla.
  • after 2(?) weeks suddenly "KYC needed" popped up, and betwarts started to delay again. they asked everything, pictures, screenshots, selfies in special ways (we all know this kind of stuff) - i delivered all.
  • Now it's the 7th week i am waiting for payment and they still havent completed the KYC task - maybe they also try to delay because they ask for "proof of ownership crypto wallet" (which makes no sense because a) all of the deposits and also winning deposit i made via Paysafecard and b) the crypto i got is cold = without name/adress)

Hello, I'm sorry for the delay.

Well, to be completely honest, until I reached the point "proof of ownership crypto wallet," all sounded more or less kind of acceptable, but this part sounds exceptional to me too.

What I find as the most common avoidable and very frustrating part at the same time, in such situations, is the way casinos communicate or show less sense for the explanation provided to the player.

I understand that my post may not be helpful, but ultimately, only the casinos can prevent this issue from occurring. However, I would say that this approach often does not work very well.

Let's see what can be cleared out in the complaint.

it would be a great relief if the only issue is the waiting time. at this point, 1 more week would not hurt that much. if i receive the money at the end.

as you can see we often talk about "cash crab" casinos. Betwarts is same group/style/sister casino along with Bassbet, Auqawin, Spinbara, BigClash, Sportaza.

unfortunately you find plenty of topics on your first page , all of them more or less waiting for cashout. Did most of them end peaceful?

Yeah, I was thinking about this a bit further and recall that during the last year casinos claimed that their licensing authorities issued a more thorough AML process for crypto transactions and sources of funds and ownership of the funds. I also recall that from the players' perspective, I found it somewhat bitter at the time. I honestly do partially understand that the crypto wallet used by players can sometimes be verified; however, this is not always the case, as I dare to say. I think many things contribute to this, but it may be best to respect what can and can't be proven.

Well, I too do hope this matter won't stop the process.

I gave it another look and maybe it will suffice to add links to the casinos you already mentioned here:

The thing is that, according to our database, it seems my colleagues from the Data Team have not verified the connections between those casinos, so I could not dig out anything handy. However, if something changes in the future, it should be visible in casino reviews. Bassbet for example:

This is an excellent illustration of how the support's response should not be presented, especially considering the significant delay...

Literally, it hurts to see the autogenerated response on this occasion.

I'm experiencing the same problem. It's also happening at a "cash-crab" casino, Vegashero. It's dragging on even longer and more slowly. After 2.5 months, they suddenly demanded proof of wallet access for a transaction that was 6 months old. They even required my name and address. Delivery to an anonymous wallet is impossible. To view the transaction, the app simply redirects me to the blockchain.


In my opinion, casinos that offer anonymous payment options like crypto but require such proof of access should clearly state during the deposit process that anonymous wallets are not permitted.


There are numerous complaints about this issue, and it's unacceptable that casinos accept these payments and then try to avoid them by requiring impossible verifications or dragging out KYC processes indefinitely.

Hello,

I'd say it always depends on the concrete context of each situation, because the general view is not always quite accurate, if I may say so. However, those experiences are surely worth discussing and reporting. Unfortunately, the current state of offshore licensing authorities is unsatisfactory, which leads us back to specific complaints.

Two conclusions: following national regulators still makes sense because offshore licenses lack resolution processes.

For example, sending payment to a regulated country is often difficult; hence, delayed KYC can be another problem of the same sort, if you catch my drift. (Very common issue in 2025.)

I can't say I understand verification of crypto funds. But again, it would be better to discuss concrete situations with concrete facts.

No wonder some situations feel very weird; I understand that very well. On the other hand, operators are not always ready to admit a problem; the uncertainty is what creates the best field for speculations, and the operators may consider that.

Speaking of which, the casino should respond soon to your complaint. I wonder what we are about to see.
