Another thing these people do is use fake business to take your deposit and make it look like you are paying for goods and services unrelated to gambling. For example, they took my £100 deposit under 'St Juvictech Nigeria' which was a website that appears to sell music. When I confronted them about this, they denied the allegation and the St Juvictech website was taken down a few days later. It is a clear breach of VISA/Mastercard rules on merchant coding and is a big problem in the offshore gambling space. They do it to get around fees, gambling blocks and taxes. I urge anyone to stay away from ALL offshore websites, not just this one.

I saw the complaint that the casino did not provide sufficient evidence according to our team. 

So it's nice that they are trying to protect themselves on Trustpilot. 

It's a pity that it wasn't resolved in our complaint. 

I guess that's the only thing I would say about it.🤷‍♂️

Τα κέρδη μου ύψους 951,45 € παρακρατήθηκαν, επικαλούμενοι «δόλια δραστηριότητα». Αφού ζήτησα αποδεικτικά στοιχεία, καθώς και μια σαφή δήλωση που να αναφέρει λεπτομερώς ποιον κανόνα παραβίασα και πότε, το καζίνο αρνήθηκε να παράσχει οποιαδήποτε πληροφορία και συνεχίζει να παρακρατεί τα χρήματά μου χωρίς να προσφέρει κανένα αποδεικτικό στοιχείο.

Έχει ήδη υποβληθεί επίσημη καταγγελία στην αρμόδια αρχή αδειοδότησης.

Αλλά ακόμα κι αν πάρω τα χρήματά μου πίσω (δεν τα παρατάω), δεν μπορώ να προτείνω σε κανέναν να παίξει στο Betsio.com ή στο Bets.io.

Δεν αξίζει τον κόπο.

We always try everything possible to help ur users, but unfortunately, if casinos don't want to cooperate with us, then we are unable to do much, you know.

You need to keep in mind that we are just mediators between players and casinos, not an ADR.

Of course, you did the right thing. So let’s see if the casino is willing to address this, though I’m quite worried about it.

But let’s leave the speculation for later. I’m curious myself to see how this all plays out with the licensing authority.
