BETSAFE, of Betsson Group: The worst casino ever


As part of the Betsson Group, I believed and trusted in this company named Betsafe


I created my account, deposited, played and done a few profits (160,05)


However, the site has not paid for my withdrawal so far


So, it is a scam site: it exists only to receive registrations and deposits, and does not pay the player who wins something


I would like to get my money back to my account (160,05) to continue playing


Until then, my thoughts are negative about this company

Hello, may I ask you when did you request the withdrawal? I can see you have already submitted a complaint regarding this issue. There are even two complaints regarding to the same issue. Please keep Kristina informed with all details, she already answered you. I hope all things will be alright.

Hello just a kind note: "It may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint."

So I ask you kindly to be patient.

I had the same problems that user "ALEXS81" talked about.


I don't know why the website provides services for brazilians, as it does not provide the necessary means to make a withdrawal for brazilian customers.


They don't even request the necessary data to make a withdrawal to Brazil, it is clearly incomplete. A withdrawal would never be made with the data they request.


They also do not allow a digital wallet to be used for withdrawals.


One of the worst experiences I've ever had on any website. The money is sitting there, I just gave up withdrawing it because it's impossible.

Hi, I see you also have a problem with the withdrawal. However, what kind of data does the casino require from you ? Are you trying to withdraw the same way you deposited ? How long have you been trying to withdraw the money ?

After posting here we managed to resolve it with betsson support, which is from the same group.


Consider this issue resolved.

We brazilians provide the agency number and account number to make withdrawals.


Betsafe has a space called "bank BRUNCH NAME" when it should actually be "agency number".


I also need to say that the bank BRUNCH NUMBER would also be different, as it refers to the bank's three-number code and not the agency number.


Betsson support noticed this and reported it. Then it became easy.

Anyway, are you going to stay with this casino since everything turned out well in the end or are you going to play elsewhere ?

It's ok I think I could stay but there are better options out there.
