Did anyone try a withdrawal on this website and if so, how long did it take or did they not pay at all? Any feedback would be appreciated

Hello, how is it possible that your personal info has changed? Do you have any screenshot of before and after? What specifically has changed? You won't get the withdrawal until you pass the verification successfully so you'll have to wait for that. 

Could you let me know how it will develop further?

After 90 hours I was finally verified, although it was strange at first. I registered with the correct information, but they changed my date of birth, but I was still verified and I thought I could cash out, but it keeps getting canceled and when I ask the reason in the chat, they ask me to send an email for the answer, but they never send anything back. On Monday I had already sent an email, it is now Friday, no response. The chat supposedly cannot do anything and asks to send an email to explain why my payout is not successful (I do not use a bonus).

It is great that your account is verified now, for sure.

And, yeah, usually the live chat doesn't know any details regarding withdrawals, and that is why it is always better to get to the support by email.

Surely let us know, though, if they reply to you, and if you feel that the whole thing isn't moving forward, our complaint team will surely try to look into it.

that is sad they rejected every whitdraw for no reason if you ask a reason they ask for a email they never answer im dont know what to do and im never gamble on a casino that is not in my country and im dont gamble my whitdraw i leave it

If they keep rejecting your withdrawal without giving you a reason and tell you to write to an email to which they don't reply, then definitely let them know and then I will probably recommend you to open a complaint. It may be true that they have a high volume of withdrawals, but it definitely shouldn't take long to know that you don't know anything about your money. 

So I will wait.

Are you aware that you got some VIP level money? Did you ask for it or did you get it based on something you had to fulfill? According to what is written in the email you will not be able to withdraw until you complete the wagering, because you don't see any payment methods.
