I’ve had the unfortunate experience of this casino aswell. Signed up a couple of days ago. I deposited £500 then see they attached a bonus automatically. So jumped on live chat to have this removed. But was a bot and basically couldn’t do it. Further digging managed to remove bonus as I know these casinos love to hit you with t&cs with bonuses. Hit a big win of 4k, went to withdraw but as others mentioned it’s max £500 which is ridiculous.

This has been approved but not received yet but am pretty certain will come through. But now after reading this thread looks like I’ve got a battle coming. I won’t be touching the remaining 3.5k and will do everything I can to get this. But not looking promising, will update you all as and when and putting a complaint in here if the time comes.

Yes, from your side I think you’ve handled this very well. Whenever the casino asked you for something, you provided it quite quickly and cooperated with the whole process.

If the casino continues to drag things out despite that, I believe our complaint team will take this into account and keep working on the case. Hopefully, they’ll also be able to move things forward with the casino, because I don’t think the situation you’re currently in is particularly normal.

There have actually been some successful withdrawals reported in this thread. A few players have said that their first withdrawal was paid, including a £500 payment, although some of them then ran into much more complicated verification and withdrawal issues afterwards.

So I wouldn't assume yet that you're definitely heading for the same outcome.

Your first £500 withdrawal has already been approved, and since you only signed up a couple of days ago, I would give the payment some time to arrive. Bank transfers can also take a few working days after the casino marks them as successful or approved.

The main thing I would strongly agree with is leaving the remaining £3,500 untouched. I wouldn't cancel the pending withdrawal or continue playing with the balance while you're trying to get the money out.

It's also useful that you noticed the bonus and removed it rather than playing with something you didn't actually want. Keep any screenshots or account history showing that, just in case there are questions about the bonus later.

Well, if you submitted everything in exactly the format they asked for and nothing changed, then I’m honestly not sure there’s much point in asking them the same thing again if it’s only going to end with the same response.

At this point, I’d probably wait for our complaint team and maybe try uploading the document again in the meantime.

But as I said, if they rejected it because they wanted a specific format, you then provided it in that exact format, and there’s still a problem, then it’s difficult to say what the actual issue is.

Ive had the same experience, its a very much scam website, they allow you to withdraw 500 with nothing to reel you in and deposit more, and when you want to deposit more then they do the verification and delay tactics. I have about 2 grand in there and im a student, i was silly and went into my overdraft and am now -1000 i have zero money for uni and cant get a job as i play alot of sport, i need this money so there must be some loophole we can get around to make them pay everyone out. You can tell its a scam with the 500 withdrawal limit a day and 2000 a week and they always wait their 3 business days to then ask for more. I contacted them through live chat asking for an email many times which they would not give after numerous times of asking, until finally i threatened them with contacting there gaming licsence company. They know they are doing shady business and are scared of their license being pulled which also runs out in a few days. Is there any way we can get them to pay out?

The first thing I would strongly recommend is not depositing anything else and not playing with the remaining balance while you're trying to withdraw it.

If they are carrying out KYC, the safest approach is to cooperate with legitimate document requests and keep a record of everything you send them. Trying to work around that process could only make the situation more complicated.

The £500 daily / £2,000 weekly withdrawal limit by itself isn't proof that the casino is a scam, and neither is a three-business-day response time. What matters more in your case is how long your withdrawal and verification have actually been going on and whether the casino is giving you a genuine reason for each additional document request.

Could you tell me when you requested the withdrawal that is currently affected and what verification documents they have asked you for so far?

my first withdrawal request was rejected on the 4th of september and i sent a selfie with my drivers license and then two online bank statements, one for proof of address where i could just use id again, and the other to prove how i payed into the betmica account. All in all so far my id got rejected because its not the same as submitted before but it is the same drivers license so i dont know whats going on. You’re saying the casino rejected it because it supposedly isn’t the same document you submitted previously, while you’re saying that it actually is. Have they explained this discrepancy any further?

If not, then I think a complaint may already be worth considering. You mentioned that your withdrawal was rejected on September 4 and that you then had to start submitting documents again.

We generally give casinos up to 14 days for processes like withdrawals and verification. If this keeps dragging on without a clear explanation, I don’t really see much reason for you to keep waiting, and I’d probably submit a complaint.

Im finished with them...I got £500 off them and lost the rest after 3 weeks of nothing but hassle..At one point when i was trying to withdraw my balance was 8 Grand...I only deposited £100 and got back £500 so ive considered myself lucky and learning a lesson about online gambling ...

2 withdrawals all perfectly fine, 3rd withdrawal we need documents. 3 days wait and I got a reply at the last hour, please send in photo etc etc. So ive done that and now im just waiting for a reply. No doubt it will be rejected and then I have another 3 days to wait.

Looks like I’m in the same position as everyone else, although my first withdrawal for £50 was rejected. Since then I’ve run it up quite a bit and have over £850 pending, sent in 4 forms of ID. Photo ID accepted then asked for more which I done. Then rejected as my account name was slightly different to my ID. Next review should be done in next day or so. Have another £500 on credit which I doubt I’ll see. Non UK sites seem to take this piss really.
