Here's a short review of the Betlic casino and where do I even start!

After playing on and off for about 5 days and now ultimately closing my account here I can confidently say that there was some unfair and predetory behaviours from this casino. It lacked functions in some of the most important parts in any online casino which conveniently worked in their advantage.

I found this site after looking through the list here on casino guru and considered the 7.3 rating to be safe enough to play on. At first, I had some good winning and played on and of, loosing some and winning some. A few deposits in I won a larger sum and eventually wanted to make a withdrawal. To make a withdrawal you hade to confirm your email address through a link which they send you. I tried this several times and I never recieved a link. The same went for me phone number which never came. I contacted the live chatt and they basically said this was being adressed.

A few days latter and this problem was still not fixed. Now I also noticed that I couldn't lower my betsize for Hacksaw and Pragmatic games, meaning the minimum bet size was now at 0.20$ on ALL Hacksaw games and 0.40$ on ALL Pragmatic games. This changed from one day to the next, something which I had never experienced before. The live chatt said this was also being adressed to the game provider, but as far as I know this is something the casino itself is able to adjuste?

Now I was forced play at higher betsizes than usual and there was no way for me to make withdrawals since the email verification didin't work. I ultimately lost it all and after several more deposits I now wanted to close my account. To my huge surprise, self exclusion was ALSO linked with you having to recieve an email from the casino, something that still didn't work. So now this just became a place for me to burn money basically. In the end, I was able to close my account through the live chatt and Immediately after closing my account down I recieved 4 emails from Betlix casino saying I had close my account....

Betlix casino failed on perhaps the two most fundemantal important things for you as a player, setting limits and making withdrawals. Whether the none working verification process or the sudden bet increase was unintentional from their side I can only speculate. But what I can say is that when a casino falter on simple things such as these it brings to question the validity of the whole casino itself.

The part that stands out to me most is that the same verification issue apparently affected both withdrawals and account closure/self-exclusion. If the casino requires an email confirmation for those functions, but the emails simply aren't arriving, that can obviously create a serious problem for the player.

It is also quite strange that you received the account-closure emails immediately after support closed the account manually, while the earlier verification emails had not been reaching you.

Regarding the higher minimum bets on Hacksaw and Pragmatic games, I would be a little more cautious about saying where exactly that change came from. It can depend on the casino configuration, the provider, or the specific game setup, so without technical confirmation it's difficult to know who changed it.
