My personal experience:

I placed my first bet on BetJili and deposited BDT 1000. After playing normally, my balance increased to BDT 3600, which includes my profits/winnings. I also claimed a bonus and have fully completed its turnover of 25,000.

Suddenly, BetJili confiscated / adjusted my entire 3600 BDT, claiming "fraud," without providing any evidence. I contacted their support, and they did not provide any proof. I also reached out to HeyVIP, their claimed partner, requesting written clarification.

I have noticed on BetJili’s Facebook page and other public discussions that many Bangladeshi users have faced similar treatment — balances adjusted, withdrawals blocked, accusations of fraud — even when they followed all rules.

This clearly shows a pattern of unfair / scam‑like behaviour, affecting multiple users, not just me.

It is indeed very unfortunate that the circumstances described make players feel as if they are caught in the middle of a strange charade. Based on my experiences, the casinos usually apply a very analytical and practical standpoint, assuming that it is absolutely logical that unless the investigation has been conducted, the player has little say in anything. The players are still human beings with emotions, so I'd say the uncertainty of being given a decision conducted behind closed doors is very hard to accept.

Where as you can control yourself from getting into other platforms such as changing the login password of an id like giving a shit pass such as gdjsj and once you do that you forget your password and once you contact customer care they literally ask you to provide an nation document which we are prohibited to show them...

So they dont give you to reset it and once its ignored you cant access that platform...

But bet(scammer)jili was smart they dont delete your id and do provide to reset your password with only a sms thats otp....

I have not stopped playing to be honest but the amount that i deposit is rare now days...

I get a huge betting commission that is 7500tk or 2400tk and it varies now and then....

Nowdays these a**holes betjili(sorry dear admin for a wrong word ) provides so much amount of malware in my device to literally fully control my game and device so I DONT WIN A PENNY from them....

I humbly request casino guru to catch these scammers from my country...

So that i myself and others in our country can play a 50/50 fair game where as now its 1/99 us as in 1 and scammer betjili as in 99...
