Is Betano listed Casino Guru?I want to review Betano. Clicking on the link just gets me to the casino review page and in the search it just turns up on the forum.

I can do the review, however even directly clicking on it gets me straight to casino review front-page. I went to Betano CZ and this is working fine. However clicking on Betano de is not working, clicking on stoixman next to it got me to it as it should. I tried with brave browser and fire fox , using my WLAN at home, then my mobile provider, and then again using different locations with AdGuard VPN. The result was each time as described in this post.

Έχει κανείς εμπειρία με το betano; Τα χρήματά μου έπρεπε να πληρωθούν πριν από 2 μήνες αλλά δεν έχει γίνει τίποτα ακόμα! Κάθε φορά που επικοινωνώ με το τμήμα εξυπηρέτησης πελατών δεν μπορεί να βρεθεί η περίπτωσή μου, στη συνέχεια, αφού απείλησα την υπόθεση, την βρήκαν! Έχω υποβάλει καταγγελία στο ggl! Τι να κάνω τώρα; Μου εστάλη ένα email την Τετάρτη και με διαβεβαίωσαν ότι τα χρήματά μου θα ήταν εκεί μέχρι σήμερα, Παρασκευή. Όταν ζήτησα υποστήριξη, μου είπαν να μην ανατρέψουν τις ελπίδες μου! Πρόκειται για υπεξαίρεση κεφαλαίων, εσκεμμένη εξαπάτηση και απάτη! Επικοινώνησα επίσης με την BaFin και την ggl και τώρα θα υποβάλω μια καταγγελία λόγω των σημείων που αναφέρονται παραπάνω. Το κύριο μέλημά μου δεν είναι πλέον τα χρήματα, αλλά θα ήταν ωραίο να πληρώνονταν τελικά! Η ανησυχία μου είναι ότι απλά λένε ψέματα και κρατούν τους πελάτες σε καλή διάθεση και ελπίζουν ότι θα λυθεί. Η ερώτησή μου είναι τι άλλο μπορώ να κάνω και είχε ποτέ κανείς κάτι τέτοιο στο παρελθόν;

Can you please explain where and when did you lodged the complaint you mentioned? Is this suppossed to be the German Authority? If so, I would expect them to give you some sort of update.

If I may, what is the complaint about specifically - has there been any explanation of why the payment is so much overdue, perhaps some sort of security check for example?
