Come to find out , they took the bonus from me in middle of night left what I deposited and said they need my btc wallet address , I send it to them , and they tell me that it needs to be processed, but the Bitcoin is still in my wallet on the casino, wouldn't the funds need to be taken out then processed ? I'd say that your Bitcoin is visible there because the withdrawal is not visible to them: "Unfortunately we did not receive any information about your request." Sounds strange.

I believe if they can't accept players born in the US for any legal reasons, they should return all deposits.
