Hello,

I've been playing on AsianConnect for several years now, but recently I can't access their license by clicking on the logo at the bottom of their page. I click, and nothing happens. In addition, I tried to enter their URL directly on the CeG site and they appear as unlicensed. Do you have this information on your side too when checking? If it's no longer licensed, shouldn't a serious establishment warn its customers?

This is not a casino that offers promotions or bonuses, at least very rarely, so I don't receive any. On the other hand, I've spoken to their support team by e-mail over the past two weeks, and at no time have they told me that they no longer accept French players. Quite the contrary, they confirm that they accept players from my country as soon as KYC validation has taken place. It's all very strange...

Honestly, I just do not understand how the casino approaches restrictions. How can one become accepted when the registration preceeds the KYC? I mean, I create an account, make a deposit, win, then the KYC is triggerd. And I have to keep my fingers crossed I'm able to pass the KYC and not became restricted based on the country I previously filled in during the registration?

Uhm, I hope I missunderstood! 🤔
