After sending more than 15 emails I received this email a few minutes ago:

Your withdrawals were rejected due to the high quantity of withdrawal requests. You can make another request from tomorrow.

That's not cool, yet it seems like a probable reason... 🙁

And again after requesting the withdrawal at Friday as the support agent said, the withdrawal request is rejected.

From what you describe, I'd dare to say they do not care much to solve your problem, which is hard to change.
