Hi, can you also tell us what specific casino we are talking about ? Unfortunately, just because casinos are sometimes blacklisted doesn't mean that they won't be displayed somewhere on the internet. I decided not to deposit any more money at casinos that use the Inclave Platform. There is nothing they can offer that would make me want to deposit even a single penny with them again. In that case, I would surely follow Jaro's advice to ask the complaint to be reopened. Even if you need to submit a new one against a different casino you never need to know the owner or manager's name. Identifying the website will suffice.

Just please, once you lodge a complaint here, make sure to follow up on its progress, always stay in touch with the person who's trying to help you resolve it and consult the timer a few times per week at least.
