I tried to make a deposit using CashtoCode. It's now been over 24 hours and the deposit is still pending. I reached out to CashtoCode, and they said it is still pending because of a merchant error - they are supporting the merchant with the error. The casino also says they're working on the problem, but my gosh how can this take so long?!? Frustrating.

Hello, if there was an error, you will have to wait for it to be resolved. I know it's not the most pleasant experience, but unfortunately that's how it is.

It doesn't matter if you made the deposit using any other payment method, the error can occur with any of them.

Be sure to let me know if it was resolved promptly. 

It took two days, but it was finally resolved. Just had to be patient.

Nope. I ended up closing my account anyways - you can only play 60 games with a bonus.

Be careful with this casino. I had an active deposit limit, i sent some crypto and they added me only until the amount of limit (until here everything logical). But the limit doesn't offer any real help. I just hit cancel and i instantly got the rest of the money in the account.

From what I know, gambling limits are to protect the players. If i can just cacnel without even some hours period what is the point? Also, they have a self-exclusion link on the footer of the page, but they have added wrong URL to it.

As for the games, they probably use the lowest RTP of each provider. Nothing good to offer...

Hi, I understand that some things should probably be enforced more strictly, based on what you're describing. I’m thinking about that limit, whether casinos use it so you can lock it for a certain amount of time or if you can always cancel it anywhere. It’s probably pointless to have it there if you can cancel it right away, that’s true.

As for the self-exclusion URL, did you tell them that they have the wrong link there?

Yeah 2 times in the live chat. Never changed it.

Maybe they don't care—which would be a red flag for me personally.
