could you please be more specific? It's quite usual for different casinos to be licensed under the same license. Casinos within the same group, for instance, are very likely to share the same license number.
Since this betalha seems to be unknown to us - could not find it in your internal system, I checked the link provided, yet I could not spot the license at all.
