Όλη η εμπειρία παιχνιδιού στο 888casino ήταν ένας κολασμένος εφιάλτης. Κατέθεσα 30 ευρώ και δέχτηκα τα μπόνους για να παίξω. Έπαιξα και τελικά κέρδισα, ώστε να ολοκληρωθεί το ποντάρισμα και να μπορέσουν να αποσυρθούν τα κέρδη μου. Τότε ξεκίνησε. Ζητήθηκαν έγγραφα. Έστειλα μια φωτογραφία της άδειας οδήγησης και του λογαριασμού ηλεκτρικού ρεύματος. Έλαβα ένα μήνυμα στο email μου ότι το έγγραφο διεύθυνσης είχε γίνει δεκτό, αλλά η άδεια οδήγησης δεν μπορούσε να γίνει δεκτή. Συνδέθηκα στον λογαριασμό μου στο καζίνο, ο οποίος έλεγε το αντίθετο! Άρα η άδεια οδήγησης είναι εντάξει, αλλά η διεύθυνση όχι. Τι στο καλό; Έβγαλα μια νέα φωτογραφία του λογαριασμού ηλεκτρικού ρεύματος. Απορρίφθηκε. Έβγαλα μια τρίτη φωτογραφία. Απορρίφθηκε. Έβγαλα μια φωτογραφία της πιστωτικής κάρτας. Απορρίφθηκε. Και πάλι έλαβα δύο ειδών αιτήματα στο email μου. Έκανα μια δοκιμή και δημοσίευσα μια φωτογραφία του κειμένου καταγγελίας που έγραψα. Απορρίφθηκε αμέσως. Έτσι δεν τα κοίταξαν καν!

Ενέδωσα. Πέτυχα όλα μου τα κέρδη σε ένα τζάκποτ και μπήκα (ξανά) στη συνομιλία και ζήτησα να κλείσω τον λογαριασμό μου το συντομότερο δυνατό.

Αυτό είναι όλο. Άθλιο καζίνο. Δεν έχω ξανασυναντήσει κάτι παρόμοιο εδώ και 58 χρόνια.

Υ.Γ. Έγραψα στα φινλανδικά και παρατήρησα ότι ο μεταφραστής δεν μετέφρασε όλα τα σημεία ακριβώς σωστά, αλλά τα κύρια σημεία ήταν σαφή από το κείμενο.

Did the casino not write to you or give you a reason why your documents were rejected? That's probably the most important thing to come out of all this. 

I understand that players can sometimes get frustrated, but in this case, the casino basically won and faces no consequences.😕

Yes that is true.

They said once that pic of document was not clear enough. After, same automatic answer came repeatly.

So first when this nightmare startwd:

1) they ask new pic of id card in email msg

2)but in game account they ask, not id card pic at all but pic of utility bill etc. They said pic of my driver's license is ok tho in email they said otherwise. That was first red flag

3) send pic again. Of utility doc.

4) next took a chat with "santa's little helper" online. She "didn't know" anything previes happenings. Ask me to send pic there again. Tried 3 times, everytime chat cut down!

5) next got two different emails. Again! One me to send id card pic(what the f?) And another email from "team" ask to send once again pic of utilitybill etc. But not id card, that is ok already they say.

6) sent again new pic but they could not use it..

7) sent again new pic..same..

8 ) sent pic of my own complaining letter, as a test, same answer ..we could not use..

9) sent it again, same answer in few minutes

My last pic of bill was screenshot from my electricity company's page and it really was clear as a water. But same answer.

Then I knew will never get my money out.

This took more than a week.

Anyway, that's all from cold snowy Finland(minus 20 cels).

I hope ppl be aware 888casino's methods

I believe it must have been more than unpleasant to go through this process when the casino kept asking for one thing and then another and there was always some problem.

As I said, if anything comes up in the future, be sure to post here before you lose your money. I think it's better to resolve the situation than to end up like this.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you and wish you the best of luck.

Yes, I ‘won’ a £50K jackpot around 9:30am yesterday (16th March) and tried to withdraw it. The money apparently got returned to my account and now my account has been suspended so I can’t even access it.

Looking online, there are loads of people who ‘won’ a Jackpot drop at that time and the site was unavailable for a couple of hours due to a technical error (!!)

I doubt any of us who thought we’d won will actually get paid. 🙁

Hi, thanks for the info. I also found 4 people on Reddit saying the same thing, it happened at the same time, with very similar wins as well. So 100% glitch.

In the User Agreement and the Terms & Conditions, it clearly states that in case of a malfunction, they will not payout any winnings if it’s proven to be a malfunction. We won’t be able to log in to the account until they sort this out. It’s slightly cruel and unfortunate for all of us involved.

I wish this was true (the big win) for all of us.

This isnt a complaint yet, as it says too wait 72hrs and it has only been 48hrs, BUT

2 days ago i hit a Diamond Jackpot drop on 888Casino It was $85,790. something close to that( have acreen shot of the balance in my account. to prove this along with an email they sent congratulating me for the win of $85,790 (orwhatever exactly it was) and informing me i will be contacted within 72hrs as they are now in a verification process for the win.

So I started spinning again at high amounts just cause ill never get that chance again. about half hour goes by and I decide to stop. I withdrew up to my monthly limit of $30,000 which at that time was $25,400. Went back to the website and I was logged out.

I went to log back in and And I was Temporarily Suspended. I went on the live chat and They told me there servers were down and going into an update and then The website crashed It was down for half the day and when it was back it was they had implemented a St. Patreicks day update and seemed fine, however me (and all the others winners Ive talked to are still suspended.. I hopped some forums on reddit and this exact thing happened to more people. some where bigger pots(way bigger) some smaller. Some people even hit these pots multiple times. The next day I got an email saying my withdrawal request was sent back to my 888 Cash account.


I'm just wondering, Am I gonna get paid? They took the wager the money was transferred to the cash account on the app... So far I've talked to at least 10 people claiming this happened to them.

To me it seems I made the bet, they accepted the bet I won, it was givin to me... how can they take it back? I woukdnt be worried if it was just me but there are too many people hitting the biggest pot on the site at the exact same time to be a coincidence.
