I had issues with my Winnerzon account where a bonus rollover wasn’t applied correctly and a winning bet wasn’t paid. After multiple attempts to contact support, I filed a complaint with AskGamblers, which helped escalate the matter. The site eventually credited my missing funds, resolving the issue.

Thanks to AskGamblers, the problem was addressed quickly and professionally.

I guess it would be much better to post that on the Ask Gamblers forum, too. However, I'm glad it worked out.

Is it somehow related to the complaint you posted here on CasinoGuru regarding the RealSpin Casino (with a very low Safety index)?

It's great that there are reliable resources that helped solve the problem. But how many cases like this remain unresolved?

That’s probably a pretty general question. For casinos with a low safety index, it could be quite a few. It probably also depends on how many complaints players file. But I’d say that the lower the safety index, the greater the chance that a complaint might remain unresolved.
