Thank you Jaro I did put in a complaint I know it will be taking care of me,I don't mind sharing it, Sunrise casino gave me $50 on November 15 on my birthday and I won large over $2000.00 but I am only cash out $100.00 and I'm still waiting for it, I cash out November 16 so then I had to send in my I.D and proof of my address but they kept asking me for proof of my deposit I told them four times that it was birthday money that I didn't need to provide that,so that took more time up they told me it would take 7 to 10 days on December 1st that's when they said it was processed so it's going on 18 days so I asked them what's going on,well they don't know that I will get a email from them.
This is a very bad casino not one that I play at,it was free cash, they got me going at once I told them to keep there $100.00 and close my account well they try everything for me to not closes my account so I thought to myself I will get my money I won first then closes my account because it's not a casino that I will ever play at again.

So, you managed to explain to them that it was their money, and you successfully passed the verification process, and now you're just waiting for the money, right?

I’m Deanna, originally from the U.S., and I’ve been living in El Salvador for the last few years. I moved here after marrying my husband, who is Salvadoran, and we’ve settled down not far from San Salvador. Life here is very different from what I was used to in the States, but I really enjoy the mix of local culture, family life, and the slower pace compared to big U.S. cities.
