Frustrated I have a Incave account, I hadn't used for a time. And now they are requiring a code sent to my phone to verify my account. That's great, however I lost my phone and the phone number. And yes there is a prompt to change your phone number so I input my new phone number. And it gives me a message saying that this number is already in use. As I said it is a new number I recently received. And it automatically created a phone number similar to mine I inputted, who's number is it I have no idea. (Sure they are wondering why they are receiving all these messages with a verification code though) And now I am unable to enter the correct phone number and I can't correct it due to it's a already used number for another account with them I think anyway, that's why I am not able to input my phone number as the error message stated. There is no resolution to the problem because I am unable to find a way to talk to someone to explain this situation to. So now I am not able to play at most of the casino's this Incave account is affiliated with. Frustrating that this is the only way to verify the account is mine and no it even has restricted me from being able to sign in on the actual casino sites when it gives me the option. Please if anyone else has been able to get a resolution to a problem with the same, please tell me what you did to fix your account. Or if someone knows how to get in touch with Incave so I can speak with them about this situation, if you would kindly send me the link, email, or other means of contact you have. I just want to login and play.

I understand you are talking about an Inclave account problem, right? I am not very familiar with this payment provider, to tell you the truth. I hope someone will be able to help you out with this issue. It should be stated on their website though, where to contact them with this kind of issues.🤷♀️
