Of course. You don't actually get too many points for having approved complaints. We don't want to encourage anyone to create complaints just for the sake of getting points, but we believe that if someone creates a complaint that makes sense and is approved by our agents, then they should get few points for the effort.
Anyway, if you create a new thread on the forum, you get exactly the same amount of points as when your complaint is approved. You can find out more about the ranking system here: https://casino.guru/forum/ranking-system
