We give a lot of attention to user reviews and when we don't find something appropriate we reject it with a reason that is clearly written. We try to approve as many user reviews as possible so that players can see the experiences of others, but in some cases we are cautious. 😉

Hey there, I can assure you that rephrasing won't work in such cases.
We have a very personal approach to every single user review; no AI works for us in that regard. We prefer to decide the outcome personally in order to keep the user rating as unbiased as possible. Text formulation is just one of many aspects we cover.
It's quite funny because many people sell user reviews on Trustpilot. If I recall correctly, the last offer made it to our email just yesterday.
