I look for customer reviews on public platforms like Trustpilot. You will always get people slagging off casinos on these platforms, but you can usually see if there are any consistent negative (and positive) aspects to a casino that get mentioned repeatedly. Longevity in the game is also something I look at. A casino doesn't survive long if they don't provide a legitimate service. If a casino has been around for a long time and is getting positive reviews from its players, then they are clearly doing a lot of things right.
