Since I self excluded on Gamstop for 5yrs (2 yrs ago) I play at casinos not on Gamstop but they must have the slot I play. I swear if I didn’t play that one slot I wouldn’t gamble at all.

As crazy as it my sound I play Finn and the swirly Spin by Netent. I’ve lost a good amount for sure but I like the gameplay. Unless you have played it you probably don’t get it. I’m sure I turn into Forest Gump when I play it. Sometimes it plays really well and other times nothing but dead spins. That’s gambling!!

For me, it's the customer support. Their reaction time, possible ways of contacting them, their knowledge and experience. There's nothing worse than when you have some real issue in the casino, but the person on the other side believes that you're retarded or 3 years old child who just discovered the Internet.
Considering my previous experience with work in a casino, I sometimes feel very sorry for some players, because it's clear that the particular issue is on casino's side, but the casino refuses to even consider it. Some customer support agents just automatically assume you must be dumb when something doesn't work for you or you don't see that option they talk about on their website.
