How can you tell if a casino is lying?

For some time now I have been very disappointed with 3 of the top casinos with a Bulgarian license.

Especially from winbet.bg but also 8888.bg and palmsbet.com.

I bet mostly on one of the top games of EGT namely 20 superhot.

This is a game that has a return, but lately I make 30 spins for 1-2 BGN and only then gives the first win which is not more than 5x. Also in the 3 casinos when the winning phase begins and immediately throws out of the game. I also noticed that it stops, for example, on the 3rd reel winning symbol, but immediately scrolls and gives another.

Or he starts to slow down as if he's starting to calculate.

How do I know if winnings are being manipulated and depend entirely on the casino and not the provider?

I'm sure there's some big scam!

Hello,

have you checked all each casino's RTP for this game? Secondly, I'd discuss this kind of glitches with the casino.

Have you tried it? What statements have you got, please?

You can try to contact the game provider and ask about this issue directly there.

No one can say for sure whether everything is ok, without any investigation, so I'd start with the casino and associated game provider.

Share what you learn.

I always check RTP before starting the game. From the 3 casinos I get the one same stupid answers. I didn't think to contact the game provider. I will now contact them and investigate the problem. Thanks for the reply.

After researching things I will write.

Χρειάζομαι και τη βοήθειά σας! Η Betfair λέει ότι μετά την εγγραφή θα σας δώσει 10 δωρεάν στοιχήματα και το ίδιο το μπόνους δεν είναι κατάθεση. Αλλά δεν μου πιστώνεται το μπόνους μέχρι να κάνω μια κατάθεση. Συνάντησε κανείς;

Hello,

have you ever heard about a minimal cashout limit in the casino? Frankly, it's mostly applied to no deposit bonuses as well. Some of those are called "play now, deposit later".

Meaning: we give you something for free now and if you meet all requirements and are satisfied with the winnings, you can withdraw the maximal cashout from this bonus. So let's say you won €150, max cashout from the no deposit bonus is set to 50€ - and now it comes to the point - the minimum withdrawal limit is set to 100€.

In order to get your 50€ won, you have to deposit 50€.

If you visit our no deposit section you can find all those pieces of information:

Always check the terms and conditions of every bonus you are about to take. 😉

Hello,

Are you sure you can say such a thing about all Bulgarian casinos at once, I wonder? 🙂

Hi!

Thank you for the tip.

I suppose that casinos which have rules about deposit wagering shouldn't force me to wager these 50 EUR which I have deposited to withdraw my winnings from nodeposit?

Hi!

Happy to help.

Frankly, there is another rule called the "anti-money-laundering rule" the purpose is obviously to prevent money laundering. Casinos simply add wagering requirements (or rollover) to the real money you deposited. It scales from 1x to 3x. So it would be wise to consult the casino's rules and deposit slightly more to make sure you will have a pool for this wagering.

It is very difficult here, and I think you should not play at Bulgarian casinos even with a license because I have heard that these casinos often deceive their players. It is sometimes impossible to withdraw all the money from the gaming account. I advise you to read a review of the top casinos on this site because all the casinos I played at are listed on this site. Read the review of real people who play at this or that casino. Then you will definitely understand that this is a real online casino or scam. I hope my post will help you.

I think this money laundering scam is a joke and I’ll tell you why? You had to have the funds from somewhere to make a deposit so if you withdraw it where is the benefit? They want you to wager x3 so there is more chance of losing it. The casinos all say they promote responsible gambling but the truth is they want you gambling for as long as possible!!

I fully understand why the AML rule is let's say hated. The benefit is obviously the fact that if you put some illegally gained funds into the casino and then simply withdraw the funds back, that money is clear because you can prove it comes from the casino. AML rule is not applied because anybody would like to play with "dirty" money - because they can lose, it's applied to make such people play in the casino to make sure that the money is not just being "washed".

As a casual player, I would not like the idea though, casual players make deposits to be able to play.

I'll give you an example. You sell drugs or weapons and get some big cash from it. Obviously, you can't just deposit the cash straight to your bank account, because the bank could ask you for the source of income now or later.

In that case, you could simply deposit money into the casino and withdraw immediately. When the bank would ask you for the source of income, you could simply claim that the source is gambling - your winnings in a casino.

When you apply the wagering requirement to it, then it makes the whole process more complicated, especially when you need to wager a huge amount of money.

On the other hand, I'm really against any application of this rule in a case when the player wins from a no deposit bonus and the casino asks you to make a deposit in order to being able to withdraw (they need to have a payment method registered in their system and you do it through the deposit). In that case, there should never be a wagering requirement rule applied to the deposit.

Then there are other cases where it doesn't make sense. Let's say you deposit 100 and bet 50 on a number 7 on roulette. You're lucky and you win 1750. In that case, I understand if you want to withdraw the winnings without wagering the initial 100 that you deposited. It wouldn't make sense.

My argument is how did they deposit the money in the first place 🤫 you can’t pay cash straight into an online casino a real life one yes. That’s where I think the rule is flawed. I’ll stick with my theory.

Hello,

deposits can be made the same way as ordinary player deposits - that's why each casino checks the banking account owner and other aspects associated with payments to prevent fraud and verify the player - among other things.

Do not stick to the idea that every shady deal is paid in cash only 🙂.

No but that negates the x3 play through although now crypto makes its little less simple.

You can send smaller amounts of cash to "white horses" who'll play in the casino with your money. Or you can possibly buy crypto and deposit to the casino with crypto.

I understand why the rule is there, but I always have to laugh whenever a casino forces a player to wager 100 USD "because of AML". It doesn't make any sense when the amounts are too small.

Of course, when your system tracks that a player regularly deposits an amount, plays a few spins and then tries to withdraw it, then it makes sense to apply the wagering requirement to their deposits.
