Hello again. I understand the situation is intense and complicated to deal with. But here on the forum, there is no way to "support your case." Players who want to reach out to you can do so, and that is it.

Thank you for posting this; it helps keep the awareness alive, surely.

From the complainants' perspective, it's at the stage where the casino should add something to the list. It will eventually be included in the complaint.

Dear Radka,


To clarify why this case is taking so long, I want to share that the casino is using systemic stalling tactics. I have already sent a comprehensive list of over 7 different ticket numbers to Matej (ranging from March 30th to April 23rd).


The "complexity" here is that they keep opening new tickets instead of answering the technical proof of the forged 11-hour gap. They are trying to exhaust me by asking me to "start over" with their support team while I already have multiple open files with their payment department.


I have updated my review on Trustpilot to include all these ticket numbers so other players can see this lack of integrity. I am fully cooperating with Matej and hope these records help resolve this dispute soon.

Hello, to be honest with you, I would save such energy for the complaint. Because as you can see, your approach with the casino only brings up new tickets, and that's certainly not helpful for anyone. I know waiting is frustrating, but it would be healthier to focus on something else and let the complaint proceed further.

There will be no development until the casino explains their perspective and you will not get to this step by spamming other threads or submitting more tickets. 🙏

"Thank you, Radka, for your support. As you can see from the latest update in the complaint, SpinBetter is still using the same stalling tactics. After waiting for 6 months (since November 4th), they are now asking Matej for 'more time' to review data.


It has been 174 days, and they still claim the case is 'complex.' This is a clear attempt to bypass the investigation. I hope the community and the investigators see through this. I am not going anywhere until this half-year struggle ends with my full payment."

Hello, and thank you for your update. I would personally agree that this situation is complex and thus it is better to wait for the upcoming updates. It has been a long time, but as you can conclude, our team is, compared to the overall proportion, relatively new to this investigation.

"Regarding the casino's latest response and the 'evidence' provided:


I must highlight a massive logical and physical impossibility in their claims. The casino alleges that the payment was completed at 11:22 AM. However, my official transaction history within their system proves that I didn't even submit the withdrawal request until 9:54 PM, and it was approved at 10:15 PM on that same day!

How can the casino pay a withdrawal 11 hours BEFORE the player even requests it? Furthermore, their own video shows the agent receiving a code at 11:23 AM—long before the actual transaction even existed in the system. Additionally, the payment receipt and the wallet number provided do not belong to me.


I officially challenge the casino to provide a formal account statement (PDF) showing the transaction reference number (RRN), along with the exact date and time of the transfer. These contradictions prove that the screenshots provided are fabricated and do not relate to my account."file

You know, without the casinos part posted here, the picture will never be complete. I understand you need to post all of this publicly, but kindly respect that no one aside from the cain or mediator is capable of responding to this.
