Hello, I was just thinking about thoe surveys and I have just one point:

Because we live in the age of cybercrime, I believe that rather than providing an email address that can be forged, I would prefer to provide a link to the company responsible for the survey. Because you ask for the full name, phone number, and date of birth while stating that only a few players will be participating, it could easily be abused.

Don't get me wrong; I have no reason to believe this is the true purpose, though I would suggest making it appear more official, if you catch my drift.

Can you link the company in question, please?
