I can see that contacting the casino isn't getting you anywhere. If every email you send receives the same copy-and-paste response, I don't think it's worth continuing to contact them for now.
At this point, I would focus on your complaint with us and wait to see what our team is able to find out. I can't promise that our intervention will change the outcome, but there's still a chance we'll be able to get more information from the casino or clarify what actually happened.
Until we have an update, I don't think there's much benefit in speculating about what might happen next. For now, I'd recommend concentrating on the complaint and providing any new information or evidence there if you receive it.
