I have another open case with them, and nothing has happened for 7 days. I’ll probably have to encourage them with the authorities. Write a reminder to them.

I’m not sure I just created the ticket and than 3 days later I received an email to say they were investigating and asked for card details and than 2 weeks later they sent me an email to say that the merchant had refunded the transactions

The chargeback deadline has passed for me, so I have to recover the money in a different way than through the bank.
