Just dont know what to answer, as merchants are different on my bank statement. Should i say i have not made card deposits - or send the deposits and tell these are wrong merchants?

To be clear, i have been in contact with these merchants showing on my bank statements saying i have not used their service/received anything. Now casino company asking statements of card deposits made to different casinos.

You never bothered to verify the source of funds, investigate transactions properly, or disclose the actual merchants behind your processing. And now you’re asking for AML documents? That’s quite ironic, considering your own practices.

I think it’s more of a casino trick than anything else. I can just imagine an illegal casino reaching out to a bank.

You mentioned that you did not authorize the transactions. If someone used your card data without your consent, we regret to hear about that, but cannot be held liable. We see that all your orders with us were authenticated through the 3DS method. It could also occur that you followed some partner link advertising our services and thus may not remember.

Anyway, we can only assist with refunds when there are clear indications that keys were corrupt and are still unused.

Do you have an account with them? Is it stated in their terms and conditions that you need to have an account to redeem keys? Could also request a SARS 🤷‍♀️

Anyone on here or part of CG who are still saying that these sites offering services to restricted countries are not illegal needs to read the link above. The same situation applies in the UK, US, France, Spain and various other places.
