I just wanted to drop in this thread and say I’ve been contacting mbm for 5 weeks and they are still ‘investigating’ my transactions. It’s unbelievable how long this process is taking. My chargebacks have still not been submitted after 5 weeks of submitting evidence to the bank. Any help is appreciated

Mbmramp and Mobilum are the same "mbmramp" is just a shortened descriptor (Mobilum Ramp). So any refunds you see under mbmramp are actually from Mobilum.

They don’t need your card details to match the refund – your email or the transaction ID is enough to locate your payments and send the money back to the original source.
