Contacted them regarding miscoded mcc (as with a few other merchants) , filled in 4/5 forms, received refund 72 hours after sending them back
yes I was honest, explained the MCC misrepresentation, included all the articles and fake invoices I'd received from some of them - how best can I contact mastercard, struggling to find details.
Send as much detail on everything. You might need transactional information including MCC's. The problem is being honest with your bank - particularly Monzo, Revolut or Starling - will automatically see chargebacks fail. You need to play by the rules of the scheme - this means merchant on your statement did not provide you services specifically - that is the argument. If they don't raise them on that basis(as long as gambling not mentioned) then they can be shown to be in the wrong fully.
easiest one to get refunds from. I have got back over 20k and helped loads of people. Would never charge for easy things
