Revolut just answered that they dont got any rights to dispute transactions like this, why tho?
I just think its really weird that some people got refunded but others dont, its the same companies.

Im the one that got refunded by chillstock, it was 2 weeks ago and they never replied to my email, but one or 2 days after, i got the refund.

Έχω ξανακάνει το παράπονό μου μέσω της τράπεζας και έστειλα επίσης έγγραφα και τέτοια. Θα ενημερώσει τι συμβαίνει. Τώρα έχουν σταματήσει να στέλνουν email σε όλες τις εταιρείες απάτης. Θέλει πολύ χρόνο και ενέργεια και κανείς δεν νοιάζεται έτσι κι αλλιώς..

Same here, and some people say they cant do a chargeback themselves, if the merchant dont respond nothing seems to happen.
Lets not hope this is the case, cuz i got many dpa payments 👌

Da Vincis (smartwallets.tech) have not responded, and I have not contacted Enigma yet.
For what it's worth, SRL is a legal form in Italy and Spain, and SAS is a legal form in France.
