It was within the 120 days on a Mastercard
I told them I did not purchase anything from this business and mentioned the shell companies website, said I do not have a receipt from them, email confirmation from them. I have used my card for unrelated purchases.

I raised chargebacks with Lloyd's
they raised following the news from UK about scam casinos, and they rewarded me 100£ compensation for distress as a complaint

I've just used chat gpt to send an email to FCA detailing everything, casino names, merchant names, the way the banks have treated me and closure of accounts. Also that Nikotpf are on FCA warning list and are unauthorised to conduct in the UK but are on my statements.
I am so done!!
I am hoping doing this gets my name in the system incase of anything ie class actions.
I'm thinking of emailing FOS but I haven't complained to the bank yet so I think I need to do that 1st.

No i told them it's for digital goods no services or goods recieved. The majority of these companies offer digital goods where our money has gone to and we have not recieved nothing from the companies.
Guys if you want to raise a chargeback that's older than 120 days then you need to tell your bank that you payed for a holiday that was for a future date they over rule the 120 days then. Done mine today hopefully it comes through good luck all x

Hey lottie I was hoping you could help me page 162 something you managed to get a refund from payswix what company was that for? I emailed them today asking about my delivery they said they have no understanding and I'm struggling with transcat world [ coresbyte ] I have to raise with bank, but would rather direct company refunded.

Guys found info on mahmay charge back with your bank. With this info! It states there fraudelent.
raise as no goods or service.
mahmay are a maylasian bank! They have no business having our funds.
